How to get to the ski base Dynamo and ISKHI

To get to the ISKHI ski base, it is worth looking at the map, for some time at the entrance to the ISKHI base there is a security guard who does not want to let anyone through. But if you say that you are going skiing, and you rent skis, then he will let you pass without any problems (Update: Recently, there is no one there, you can pass without problems).
Other skiers leave their cars near the entrance, then they have to go far. From the trails, you can walk a circle of 3 kilometers and 5 kilometers. The entire ski track runs almost along the frozen bay of the reservoir, it is very beautiful.
The surroundings of clean air and birches will make your holiday unforgettable and calm as well. It will become much easier away from the city along the Baikal highway. Where to ride in Akademgorodok?
Another very good ski base is located within the boundaries of Irkutsk; students and teachers who live nearby in hostels and houses are especially fond of skiing here. The track is not as big and difficult as the first two, but still it will go for beginners.

Similarly to ISKHI, we go out on the ice only at the end of December. The track is spontaneous, it is laid by enthusiasts. There is no service and ski rental yet, you come on your own by car with your equipment and easily go along the bay from the side of the platinum hydroelectric power station in the direction of Melnichnaya Pad.
I recommend skiing here in good weather when the sun is shining. On other days the wind blows, not very comfortable.

Polyana Sports Park
Small trail 3 km long. with an exit to the coast of the Angara River. You can only get here by car. The park is located on the bypass road of Akademgorodok. There is no cross-country ski rental and the trail is also laid independently, although earlier this was done by the park administration.
